Emma Richardson
Swim Wild Academy Instructor
I grew up in Tamworth, near Birmingham and have always had a love for the water and swimming. My dad always used to say I must have been a dolphin in my former life.
After moving around the country for university and settling in Oakham with my own family this is where I found a love for teaching swimming after having my first child. I completed my Level 1 in 2015 and went onto complete my Level 2 in 2018. I have taught swimming to babies, toddlers and school aged children for the past 7 years.
With a love of the sea and Cornwall, my family and I have recently moved to Falmouth in September 2021, where I am also a teaching assistant at one of the local primary schools.
Teaching children the importance of water safety in the pool and the sea is something I am passionate about and I look forward to meeting you all in the water very soon.
