No.  All of our lessons are without parents/guardians in the water.  You can sit on the side and watch/encourage whilst your child is in the water with the teacher and other swim buddies.
Every child will need to wear a hat which will be given to them on their first lesson.

No, we continue as normal throughout all school holidays except for Xmas and New Year when we have a 3 week break.

If you let us know via email that you will not be able to attend we can offer you a catch up session on a different day/time.  Unfortunately, we can’t carry lesson credits over to the end of your block as the lesson will still be going ahead when you are not there.

Yep!  If the lessons aren’t working for you then get in touch via email and we can discuss cancellations and refunds for the remaining paid sessions.

Yes, absolutely!  If you are struggling to make your current class, get in touch and we can send over options for other classes.

We also recognise as teachers that our teaching styles don’t suit everyone, if you want to swap to a different teacher this is completely fine (we won’t take offence).  Just get in touch and ask for other options.

We have a really great Parent Portal for all members that allows you to keep up to date with your child’s progression as well as move classes when they are ready to advance and change payment details.

You will receive an automated email when your child passes their current stage and needs to move up.

Yes, absolutely!  Every time your child passes a stage or distance award they will receive a certificate and badge.  This is included in the cost of your weekly lessons so no extra payment needed.

As a general guide children will receive around 3 certificates per year 🙂
